The Swiss-type CNC Machining Lathe Method
Our advanced CNC machining department is equipped exclusively with premium Japanese Citizen brand machines.
The latest generation Citizen L12/L20 machines enable simultaneous 5-axis machining. These machines are capable of producing small parts with diameters ranging from 0.3 mm to 23 mm from a variety of raw materials.
Our CNC Swiss machines facilitate the machining of longer parts by eliminating material deflection. In the Swiss-type method, the raw material bar is positioned as close as possible to the tools, ensuring greater stability and rigidity. This allows for machining without pushing the material to the sides. The bar rotates while the cutting tools shape it, achieving uniformity and precision from all angles, characteristic of Swiss Lathe machines.

Integrated Longitudinal Turning and Milling
The ability to perform simultaneous turning and milling allows for the production of complex, complete parts without the need for additional manufacturing steps. All our machines are equipped with automatic bar feeders synchronized with the machines, enabling “lights-out” operation—24 hours a day without operator intervention.
This integration represents a significant leap in production efficiency. As a result, we can provide our clients with high-quality parts and components in a short time frame and at a competitive price.
